The coordinates given abover were taken with a hand-held GPS receiver in the autumn of 1999, as the signal was still deribately scrambled to give a precision of less than 15 metres. They point to the outcrop of red material on the hillside as seen in the site photo below (sample 26). The lighter coloured material was picked up at the foot of the hill around Lat. 48° 18' 31" N Long. 021° 25' 39" E |
