Cap Blanc-Nez
Locality: Cap Blanc-Nez, Pas-de-Calais, France
Synonyms: FlintSource sample 308.
Geographical description: WhereItIs
Geographical co-ordinates: Lat. 50° 55' 31" N
Long. 001° 42' 29" E
(Mapdatum WGS 84)
Co-ordinate precision: Although the coordinates given above are accurate enough, do not follow them to the second in fog, at night, when drunk or in any other situation with bad visibility. They were taken on a small exposure directly on the edge of the cliff in the spring of 2002. It could very well be, that this particular part of the Cap Blanc-Nez has come tumbling down in the meantime.
